SHMN back on the breakout boards...

Whenever I see it here I like to chime in. I am getting tired of listing things in great detail so:
I have been burned by this one twice, both times were over a year ago. It is the same story with the same players. When I see it on the breakout boards I chimed in and the same people tell me I am crazy. Then the ticker never moves. Which one is it this time? Share reduction, court case, or going current?
