I for one would be more comfortable with a list of all the "technology" USSE claims to hold. Also, there is a difference between "holding patent pending" technology and actually having a patent. If this is "pending" that means there is a pending application before the USPTO. The patent my NOT be granted, in which case the "technology" either is not new or novel or is covered by "prior art" ("somebody elses patent"). If USSE gets no protection, ANYBODY can do what they are doing, including the big energy companies. I have search the USPTOP database under assignee's names and can find nothing under EFTI or USSE. Rivera is likely not the inventor. Do your own DD.
