ok so let me get this straight..

Current Authorised should be .. or is 100 mil shares
but current Issued and Outstanding is 150 mil shares?

AND.. to top this off, instead of the co trying to fix this they're asking for EVEN MORE SHARES to be Authorized for sale?

not many remember me, i was here quite a few years back, this one was one of my first 'investments'...

I remember, there was Hasher, dfh, preamp?, and a few more i seen post still :)

can you guys tell me what the hell is going on? i've read quite a few posts, and see that Balak is out, so .. as one of the posters used to say... WHERE's THE BEEF?!
