My brother got a severe ankle sprain while playing basketball. We were going to Disney in less than a week. Had him put the actipatch on that night and told him to not take it off. The next day you could already tell it was healing. I was very impressed with the result. By the time we got to Disney he barely had any bruising left. I recommend using actipatch for sprained ankles.
