The potential market for this software suite is immeasurable currently. The number of small and mid sized business that would benefit from a single software package that integrates multiple areas of a business seamlessly will be more than worth whatever price is charged. It will be priceless when it comes to saving time and money from wasted employee hours spent on software not playing well together.

The next big hurdle will be trying to appropriately staff to support a new software suite from a company that doesn’t have experience in the industry. They need to ensure they have enough staff to support customers. I think the bigger issue would be understaffing causing a poor rollout vs overstuffing causing larger overhead than needed for a few months until the customer base grows to support that staff size.

This will be the segment fueling future acquisitions across the entire company.

One issue with the company right now is the potential for sixth sense. I think it hasn’t been rolled out very well. The consumer demand could be there but we just don’t know yet. I need to do some more work on what the segment is taking from capital that could be better used elsewhere. My other concern is the share price. I don’t think executives should get involved with manipulating share price or even focusing solely on that. Run the company successful and share price should follow. The problem being that the share price hasn’t followed for the past 18 months while the company has been performing better than ever. I would like to see some sort of financing transaction that helps reduce share count through a buyback or Kent personally buying shares and filing the Form 4 to show public support for the shares at current levels. Shares are currently undervalued by 10x and that is conservative given todays news. The share structure is very favorable for the company but something should be done to address how undervalued shares are right now. I may add to my position even though I already own more shares than I had set as a goal originally.
