How long do you think it will take the wizard of Wall St AND retail to get that Tauri-gum ("The Company will publicly disclose its name and logo, shortly after the execution of a major manufacturing agreement." Guess he doesn't think that trademark applications are public.) trademark registered.

Yesterday's PR said this:
"Trademark has been successfully filed with U.S.P.T.O."
Guess he didn't think the word "Application" needed to be mentioned.


BTW, I see he finally gave up on the idea of trying to do it himself after all of his previous failures:

ps. Yesterday's PR said this as well:
"This proprietary CBD Gum will be manufactured under the coverage of a specific U.S. Patent"
but not a Tauriga patent. They'll need a license agreement, won't they? I look forward to the filing.
