Asking the CEO of a publicly-traded American corporation for a status update, when he hasn't filed anything with the SEC in almost two years, is not harassment.

In fact, I could make the case to the SEC that the lack of filings is harassment of the shareholder. I could even make the case by filing another complaint at the Sects website, as I did last spring, since Greenshift has failed to file three more 10-Q reports since then.
