Understand, but anyone bringing in actual Capital, assets and an actual business is not going to give anything of value to current PMPG shareholders beyond some slight value for the essentially worthless shell. Have seen many of these, and they may just buy the shell outright for far less to current PMPG shareholders than where the shares are trading now. Even if Mr. Pope gets the reported asking price of $350,000, which is not at all likely, that represents only a small fraction of the current trading value of PMPG shares for current shareholders. Even if it is a reverse merger, PMPG holders are not at all likely to end up with much of a percentage share, if any, of any new capitalized company and business, i.e. low single digits percentage at most of the new company going forward.
