In theory, YES, but brokers are constraining.

Not sure where shares have been coming from, but the brokers are NOT allowing this to run (for some reason).

Is it:

- Grey market hell
- MMs still covering from unexpected going grey on them
- Unwritten grey market "Broker, via MM" (collusion) rule
- Or what?

I'd think most all greys:

- End-up going BK
- Refiling and then diluting and/or reverse splitting

so could just be their modus operandi and not know the details of what trading/filling.

But in MOST cases drive down price just because they can.
