I agree on most, but not all points. I tend to think they have no choice and Dr. Ashkan knows he is only speaking as an individual practitioner and researcher, NOT as a person knowledgeable about the regulatory process. If earlier access had been a slam dunk, I have no doubt the agencies would have allowed and/or made it happen. But we don’t agree in the nature of those agencies.
