Not to worry, 100+ years ago surgeons thought that washing their hands prior to surgery was a waste of time. Even the FDA is showing signs that they get it, we'll see. Bill Gates mentions AD diagnostics in his new years piece. If I owned BIIB I would be more worried. AVXL is on the correct path, it's not IF but WHEN. A guessing game on what Dr. M. has anticipated and planned for together with how results can be shared w/o a level of chaos ensuing. If you had the most explosive-positive medical intelligence of the last 100 years, how would you demonstrate that?

The biggest/brightest international medical/regulatory/academic institutions will be directly involved. In that context we have R.T.T, RWE, RWD, PM and media-millions of patients all to be managed. Not to make this any more dramatic but I foresee many sleepless nights in the near future. At times like this I study/reflect on the work of Dr. Peter Senge who I had the good fortune to intern with many years ago. A brilliant guy and a true humble/honest man who teaches systems dynamics, it is either a blessing or a curse. Anyways, the known dynamics of the model on what is about to happen are YYYUUUUGE, it should all be positive. The trilogy of data discipline, scientific methods and intelligence (PM) will be in the soup. And, we have recent encouragement from people like Penny Double. It does not get any better, IMO. Standby, we are turning into the wind.
