Lol won’t be 1-1. My guess and I want to clarify this is pure speculation and divy’s I’ve received on other plays..

AMFE has an O/S of 490m, the new company will probably start with between 25-50m shares, so the split would be either 1:10 giving the new company a 49m O/S or 1:15 giving it closer to 30m
