The question remains then, why did Missling do an MTA with Biogen?

A combo is the only thing that would make sense.

If 2-73 can be used in a combo, how many other BP would be interested in using it for their drugs?

Using 2-73 to "evergreen" Tysabri would be a good choice from a business perspective, but I don't understand how the pharmacology might work.
