United Development Funding IV fka UDFI

Another year without a distribution. UDF V continued a distribution the last 2 years. III and IV did not.

V only had 6-8 loans so it was much more simple. But they paid a dividend in spite of having audited financials.

I can understand III and IV having losses preventing a dividend in 2017. I wonder if the lack of a dividend in 2018 is from continued lack of taxable net income or if they are awaiting the audit to see the level of write-offs and reserves needed.
