I think the lack of an audit hampers their ability to make new loans. Centurion, etc won’t deal with them until they can prove they’re not a fraud. The only way to do that is with the audit.

So, I think they have every incentive to get it done as soon as possible. I buy their reason for the delay, but I do wonder why the settlement of the Wells notices took so long.
