from a recent pr -look up the date -i've posted it before -

the shallow zones had "low chloride water."
Given the thermal gradient, flow rates, surface pressure and low salinity, certain ministries within the Israeli government have made requests of Zion concerning the use of the well as a water monitoring well.

those who wish to lower pps to .0001 contradicted the PR's by a litany of high pitched cries of "high" salinity-they were wrong

the 2 shallower zones are of low salinity

the well was not commercial re oil and lower zones at least are apparently capped off w possible temporary upper cap to allow israeli ministries who requested this to use the upper zones as a water monitoring well

but then, as i said, certain parties improperly claimed it could not be used for water purposes either now or in the future due to thier false claim of "high" salinity

zn's testing as shown by pr's showed upper 2 zones were low salinity=this should not be surprising as:

1)there are 4 water wells some miles almost directly west
2)the well is only 3-4 miles from the jordan river- connected to Israels main supply of fresh water originating in the Mt Hermon mtn range-a snow capped mtn.
3)it is surrounded on 3 sides by a river and mountains(such as mountains are in israel but they serve their hydrological cycle purpose)

since some improperly claimed high salinity i simply showed:
low salinity
and since a water well has 2 primary purposes - first as a source of water for human consumption and secondarily for agriculture

i provided cites for salinity levels in the usa -which are allowed up to 1000 ppm salt for drinking and 2000 ppm salt for agricultural use,but the highest posted city was ca 129 ppm.

Since these 2 purposes provide the parameters for and inform a water well,that means that zn's statement of low salinity means the salinity is by all logic at most less than 2000 ppm and likely less than 1000 ppm and very possibly -within the context of salinity levels of drinking water in usa cities-less than 100 ppm salt.

So, given this "low salinity", the well could be used as a water well in the future.
Those screaming high salinity said it could not.
Those were the parameters of the debate.
If you continually bait and switch the subject matter at your illogical pleasure,you will never be informed by nor learn logic,a subject out of favor with this generation.



Zone 4:
1,784-1,775 meters flowed naturally and continuously to surface. The fluid characteristics obtained from monitoring samples taken while the well was flowing indicated low chloride water.
