I sometimes wonder if D'Couto has done the silent treatment in the hope that fractional shareholders will voluntarily " write off the stock " in order to count as a tax loss and XNRGI somehow avoids paying.

I don't even know if that is possible.

At some point it becomes like a game of chicken, if he wants to go legit and do business he will have to pay for those shares.

Very shifty behavior by XNRGI.
