now as most of u all know ive said all along that mcbride has been his own worst enemy.
now it looks like the suit is going to go.
there is a more than good chance it will go to trial.
why in the name of whoever did he out and out say he wasnt going to vote those shares, then did?
its a shame that a company with a great product is getting crucified by its founder.

is there anyone else on this board that has come to the realization that if sevu is found guilty, mcbride will be found guilty also?.
if so, the fact that he is on felony probation will make him a violator of probation.
which will be revoked and he will go directly to jail for the remainder of his probationary period.
who at that meeting held more than 7 million shares?
this and mcbride are unbelievable.
how could the new ceo have allowed that to happen?
im afraid we are beginning to all come to the only conclusion.

ive been a supporter of the company but mcbride...............

as of yet ive heard no believable answers to these guestions.
