GTEC closed at .53 Friday. One more day like that it will be on par with IVITF/GENE. I don't know what, if anything, that would do to the merger agreement.

It will be interesting to see what happens in the 1st quarter. My personal opinion is that until there is positive net income numbers the stock price will not move up. Deals, mergers or whatever will not move this stock to a great degree. But if or when positive numbers are reported I think it will take off.
