The Crux of the matter is , why are they staying silent ?

Quiet periods for uplisting can range for this time period.

However, past valuations and business would not allow them access to the NASDAQ unless they merge with another company that does have the minimum requirements.

The other option being to go private and paying out the fractional holders.

They are claiming some outlandish efficiency, power density and economic results here.

With the share restructure a new high level investor should easily be acquired if the battery data is true.
