I`m bleeding out both ends from this. Adxs killed me and everyone I convinced to buy this stock. I don`t understand how it`s even legal for a company to be able to reverse split again,after the last 1 for 125 massacre,just 5 years ago. Is`nt there any limitations on doing this to shareholders? I`ll be dead from this nightmare soon enough,because everything I have is in this stock.I hope to G-D the entire proxy gets voted down. They have the gall to want the 75 million shares to be insulated from the reverse,so they can immediately make themselves whole again in shares,,,that`s if they did`nt hedge this erosion in the first place.Then they want free reign on compensation.Forget about a law firm,we need a hit man.I`m so disgusted by the behavior of these criminals that I`m glad I live so far away from where they are,otherwise I might be on all the news channels.Is it possible that the stock gets a lift from the same crew that`s killed it down here,because they want to try and protect the free warrants they grabbed in the last offering? 16 million at 1.50,,is that enough motivation to lift the stock and save us from any reverse? I did`nt sleep at all last night,,so sick I can`t even tell you. Why do people like the BOD at Adxs get to live life so freely,as they squander the hopes of the dying? This world is so full of disgusting souls it`s becoming a sewer.So ironic that scumbags like this are running a bio that wants to cure cancer,unreal.Please VOTE NO for everything they ask for. Force a sale,even for peanuts,,because it`ll be better then a reverse.
