So here is a state of washington filing for XNRGI.

They are listed as a " FOREIGN PROFIT CORPORATION " in thier business type, what ever that means.

They appear to be very busy building their "business" so there should be no excuses for why they did not inform shareholders of a plan to go private, there is no reason why they should not have compensated shareholders for holding of shares not divisible by 2,000,000.
