Here is a response to my question to Aurora IR inquiring about Farmacias:


"With respect to your below question, we expect to be providing an update on the total price of the acquisition in mid-January. Aurora is currently completing due diligence on Farmacias and will provide an update upon completion. As is standard in these types of acquisitions, there will be an initial paymen made plus an additional payment later on based on the execution of the Farmacias team and the success of the acquisition."
