Yes, it doesn't take much in the way of buys or sells to move the pps. What oft times happens, groups of investors, group together in clubs who's members search out oversold stocks and recommend them to members. When those folks buy in, it can kick the pps up 20-30 cents quickly on low volume. The rise having nothing to do with company fundamentals or up coming news.
