It's really hard to stay patient and positive after everything we've been through post-AHA. The management team is surely focusing on the task at hand, and no rational person would expect them to PR anything artificially -- if nothing notable is going on right now, that's the way it is.

I do fear the radical GIA approach which may be the strategy now -- it gives me Ghost of Christmas Past nightmares. It can't be the best approach. The extent to which David can continue to stare down Goliath is questionable. The machine always wins -- at least in this space.

But what can a weary elf do? My boss is back from his Tuesday ordeal, and man is he a handful. He's literally been drunk now for something like 60 hours. And he is not a nice drunk.

I just need someone to hold me and stroke what's left of my hair.
