If they keep issuing shares, you’re right.

But if they stop, even a 5M-10M share buyback the first year would help. While that wouldn’t significantly lower the float, it would send a message of planned intent and concern for SHs and prospective buyers that would be confidence-inspiring imo.

My concern is they will continue to think they can buy the whole world with more shares. It’s risky, and the risk depletes our short-term value per share while signaling to potential buyers that if you buy, your ownership will be diluted.

EPS matters. No one talks about it on this board because the number is a disaster.

The plan might work in the long-term, but there’s plenty of risk. I’m not interested in being invested in this company for 3-5 years.
