They have no known conv debt on the books....they have settled quite a few of the debts of the old company by issuing non convertible promissory notes....much of this was spelled out in their revised 9/30 Q filing (which made them current)

This was A RM that brought “Watson energy investments” public...the old company will no longer be associated with this ticker once the name change is approved by Finra...the Atlantic wind and solar subsidiary in Canada has already been transferred to one of the old management

They are very close to closing a $50ml credit line....$14ml will be used to purchase oil and gas assets from $AXAS....they could easily take a mill of it and pay off every drop of debt of the old company easily....the new company does $10ml in revs right now...and will be doing around $20ml after the acquisition is complete....this is a great opportunity imo...
