At 60 cents you would buy it but at 80 cents you wont? They just raised money at 1.60. What if it never goes down to 60 cents? Why not buy % of what your looking to add at different levels why all or none? IE add at 85 cents 75 cents 60 cents?

I think this decline from 130 to 78 is because of tax loss selling. I dont think we see 60 cents unless there is a major problem.
