surrounding means on all sides and also implies equidistant or near equidistant

this eliminates the contention that the survey would be 50 km in one direction

there are essentially no homes within that 2.5 mile radius-the nearest homes would be the southernmost homes of the kibbutz from whom zn already leases the well site-and i would have to calculate whether any are within 2.5 miles-if so they could work around them

so there are no major obstacles-but it does make u wonder what could be accomplished if all the non stop negative imaginations could be recycled into productive uses
