Yes, Just How Well Will Things Turn Out?

...invest accordingly... and see how things turn out.

Good advice; followed.

Is my very moderate investment in AVXL likely to yield either substantial share-price gains or dividends? If Anavex 2-73 goes to market (gains regulatory approval) I will surely profit, to some degree.

If all three of the upcoming clinical trials fail, I’ve lost my dollars.

Have I diligently considered these two possibilities when I made my AVXL buys? Of course. It’s the risk/reward factor. If I wanted a sure thing, I’d put most of my investment funds in US treasuries (which, in fact, I have done so). My AVXL position is a tiny faction of my investment dollars. If I lose them, life goes on unchanged. If Anavex Life Sciences Corp grows to a multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical, I will have been well-rewarded.

Based upon the scientific evidence I am confident of; molecular, cytological, murine, and human; I’ve taken and hold my AVXL position with trust.

Had I awaited FDA approval and eventual sales of Anavex 2-73 before purchasing, when the AVXL share price would have been many multiples of my purchase prices, my returns would have been a fraction of those presently possible.

Those considering a purchase or holding of AVXL have to decide when (or if) to purchase. Presently, when prices are very low? Or wait a year or more and see if the company eventually becomes profitable?

Others can throw as many of their investment dollars at Anavex as they decide, for whatever reasons. For me, the science of Anavex Life Sciences Corp is sufficient to have prompted me to take a very moderate AVXL position. Unlike Treasuries, it’s a speculation; one that I think will be rewarding. If not, life goes on unchanged.

I won’t scrutinize thoughts on the validity of my diligence and AVXL investment perspective. I’m sleeping well each night, after being entertained by postings telling why my investment here will so surely fail. Very sporting.
