I am all for other options to accomplish this. AS needs to increase and/or share price needs to rise. That's the only way I know of to do the offering before a RS.

Yes, I believe there are alternatives. As someone pointed out, our share count is a very manageable 180 mill

Rory, please get this stock to 1-2 before any RS is considered. That's all I'm asking. Let the small shareholders that have been faithfully holding all year be rewarded for being in early on this stock.

Those opportunities to be in early on something great happen so infrequently. If we split from here. it be the same as buying on the NASDAQ at 5. that's not being rewarded for being an early investor.
