Oh... And if Greg Mitchell really is an honest business man, there is a very good chance we never see any financial disclosure. I still don't understand why an honest man would want to tie his name, and as CEO, to an obvious scam rife with fraud and a very long list of fraudsters.

He has franchise rights in Florida. He could start there as a private company and go from there. If he wanted to go public later, could do it with a new company rather than using this ticker associated with so much fraud.
