No debt and clean balance sheet, this has massive levels of debt and the need for further capital. The filings clearly state debt is converting 12/31 and still there will be $11M outstanding.

On the OTC using debt to find operations is ok, but when debt is used and there is nothing to show for it in the form of assets or revenue that is a problem

And I'm not stating the new business venture will not be successful, it very well could be very successful, but they will need to address the debt and share structure.

I mean why isn't anyone talking about the pending conversion or massive amount of debt? It's because they'd rather pump the new business and ignore that
