I understand your concerns, and that is why I reviewed the North Carolina SOS a few days ago.

While it doesn’t state what the OS is, it confirms that it is not above 11m, with current information.

The AS is 11,000,000. Within the AS is 10,000,000 of common shares and 1,000,000 of preferred.

This is all located on the NC SOS website, and is current information.
