I searched filings and saw no AS increase. OS increase already is possible, but 10m max isn't bad by no means with it showing at 5m OS. They would have to do a NVSOS filing for an AS increase. There is none. I also called to confirm a delist, nothing on the table for it. Hopefully more will come to light this week to see what is actually going on.
