Second: is the WMI-LT, that has begun to move the process forward (prematurely) according to the original (signed) order, with the filing of it's ... "the Motion" ... Filed back on 08/30/2018' ... so, with the "Elimination" of Class 18', and with the WMI-LT not in control of the WMB Class 17's', basically all of the entire Tranche 5 concerns, the WMI-LT is not able to jump directly from paying off WMI's Senior Debt, Tranche 4' directly into Tranche 6 ... and' ... being a "Grantors Trust", the originally withheld' "Creditors Cash" the $66.5 million, ... has now become a taxation issue for year 2018' ... unless the DCR is "adjusted" and there is a distribution, using the WMI-LT as a Pass-Through mechanism, making each recipient responsible for the taxes due' on the "adjusted" DCR's class distribution'
Third: is ... COOP' ... our own favorite little hedge fund and private equity "hidey hole", ... the present tense result of the Original Reorganized WMI' ... the one with the ending results of WMIIC, which had no assets or operations of its own ... (pretty slick') ... along with the "Implementation and Result" of the three point "Liquidation Preference" ... of the ...
