Yes, no rational investor would buy in to this stock with no money and no audit.

That's why the stock is trading on extremely low prices, there is nothing to invest in.

If and when ACRL raises the cash to get an audit done then one can talk about investing.

Until the audit is completed ACRL is no where regardless of the cheerleaders.

In my opinion.
