If we assume nothing is regulated, then it appears from what we have already been told, that it would require rejecting what we have already been told. There would have to be regulations, yet the report says there aren't any. So if we hear more from the company, why would we believe them, if we don't believe what they have already told us? I think Kim has explained it, without giving the particulars.


The previously reported authorizations, from key Vietnamese central government ministries, established guidelines for the importation of the Company’s transgenic silkworms. I do not believe the government is up to date. I simply do not know too many variables regarding the report. The year isn't over and we have a year end report. The lack of up to date clarity is stunning. It begs the questions of when was the deadline for info included in the file? When was the information submitted to the pertinent department? How competent was the investigating body and how competent was the individual that transferred info in the reports to the final draft of the report? Talk about a good script for SNL or maybe Monty Python. Sounds like mojo.....
