The filing next week

As someone said - they field last year Nov 16 so likely same time this year as that is the deadline.

My American express card closes on the 3rd of the month - (around) but actually I do not have to pay until the 26th and I pay no interest so I wait.

CTGLF also feels same way - they have a "due" date but actually it is not the deadline so they wait until the real due date as there is now penalty (in their eyes)

I have no shares and have not talked with them since maybe May but at that time the business was so so..

anyway by the end of next week expect to see the filing. They are in the M&A business so they want to of course keep these companies active so they can at some point merge them.
