Despite everything I am about to respond to DSlaughters post I think that we are on the cusp of a nice run up as previously stated in prior posts. Now...

Dslaughter, it appears to me that business will flow through whatever channels are needed and the necessary steps will be taken (i mean to build a long term successful company - STOP)? Do we really think that we are going to produce on a massive scale when JuJuy does't even have the permits to import seeds yet? Really? I will need to see this business model in more detail if that's the case. Maybe I would buy this whole grandiose concept if we had demonstrated actual production and sales consistently out of NLV and reported such to the investment community but to date we have yet to hear anything concrete about passing testing on all strains and actual reported sales through a documented Q report...this is a problem that must be recognized in considering the feasibility of this or any other projects success moving forward.

International agreements may raise eyebrows over time but that's really not our concern so long as they produce for the shareholders. I expect a yo yo stock price over time that can be benefitted from by flipping in a big way. This is whats right for me at this time and I am just sharing.

I do hope they build a company that lasts and is successful for everyone but to date this has turned out to be too many endeavors that have fallen short/fallen apart. Honestly though, I don't see them as much different than many well intended MJ companies that started out with good intentions thinking they would cash in on the "green rush" and then realized just how complicated the endeavour actually would be. If unable to succeed in the US then just take business overseas where regulations are less stringent likely only to find out that international regulations will be far worse than that in the states (my uneducated statement that's more of a guess) . I am interested in hearing where all this product is planned to be shipped to and who are the expected buyers. It's easy to claim billions of dollars generated through barrels of crude...but it can not be that simple in reality IMO. I just can not overlook the statements and promises that have not been seen to fruition to date any longer as much as I wish I could and wish it was not the case. It just always seems like there's a "we'll get em next time" philosophy and this is no way to run a company or treat investors.

There's a million things I want to say but whats the point?

I mean no disrespect to the company leaders. I guess time will tell but history can not be ignored as the company has been in this game long enough for the investor to extrapolate viable indicators that should be used to derive an intelligent opinion.
