as i have noted other times a r/s is not the only option to raise pps to one dollar
if companies meet certain other metrics like mkt value etc they dont have to meet one dollar bid price

many times i've pointed out other oil and gas companies based in dallas just like zn who have thus gone 5 years without meeting the one dollar pps -one such company has been in the 18-25c range for last ca year

also focusing on just r/s is another attack on the company,and assumes the company wont be able to show value

this is so low ball priced already due to incredible noise that anything that shows value could dramatically increase pps
