Good post RM! I agree with all your points. That's why I find Rory's comments about the market cap doubling with SC very interesting. The market already assumes that SC acquisition will happen, I think. So for the market cap to double something more substantial has to happen.

I don't know exactly what Rory's plan is but the share price/volume is foreshadowing the coming move, otherwise as you point out, the share price would close the opportunity gap.
