GIA is nonsense.

"IF" you GIA you assume all the risk even in a de-risked environment and if you fail to hit sales targets, or the FDA delays in anyway you take a hit and "IF" you do really well and get everything to come up roses which is probable the stock is going to between $30 and $40.

What's the point of not transferring the risk off your shareholders on to the buyer for basically the same money?

Just saying... Can we line you up a couple of offers now?
