To me, no filing by the due date of 12/19/2018 spells only one outcome and that is SETTLEMENT which means no waiting on appeals or anything else BUT only time and filings will show us the way.

Another very important note - and that is legal teams better NEVER miss court-imposed deadlines UNLESS one wants to commit malpractice and the ONLY reason BOTH sides missed the 12/19/2018 dealine is very similar to delays and that is BOTH sides agreed to something...YES...I said SETTLEMENT
