Reading through this board is exactly the reason I said earlier to email Rory. Sounds like all of us here are at the very least concerned with how things look to be proceeding.

It doesn’t take long to send an email, Rory does not read this board so how else would he know that the investor base is getting shaky. He told us we were under valued at $1.43ish in the summer. So a R/S at anything less certainly seems counter productive don’t ya think.

I feel as though if enough question it he will address the elephant in the room. Rory gave us his word when we were trading multiples higher then we are now, that if something was to go afoul he would let us know. Well, it seems to me something has gone afoul if there is a split planned to happen at anything less then the 1.40-1.50 range.

I don’t mean to email and rudely demand answers. I do think that we are all entitled to more transparency then what has been given recently.
