No one in their right mind is going to stick up for past management. We know filings and proper communication with shareholders was severely neglected.
This is all the more reason to give new management ample time to complete the filings and file the form 10 previously promised. If we don't see filings by early January and/or get a full update we should be concerned.

In the meantime glad to see a new CFO and efforts to put this together. They have formed a solid team and a unique vertical plan and am anxious tro see it unfold.
