Form 10 will be filed in January. We need to pick a Vegas Hotel/Casino location for our SPCL Share Holder Celebration. I will be bringing some relatives who have ridiculed me for making this investment. Going to Rub their Noses in me Having passed critical mass. I will be traveling afterward and they can return to their miserable Jobs without any financial help from me ever.LOL ^^^HAPPY HOLIDAYS^^^
