Actually, as a shareholder, I am happy as hell they raised money where they did. It is kind of like the existing shareholders getting capital at a price 60% higher than it is currently trading. It is too bad for the investors, although if they are long term, this downdraft should not matter much.

Plus, according to the release, they are using it for a lab. A lab is a concrete step towards monetization, in my opinion. It implies they are fully expecting to have something to analyze...
