1. the case will remain in Florida (it was removed to NJ)
2. TAUG's JV attorney is great and has won some of the largest legal battles ever to be in front of a U.S. Federal court (the lawyer was replaced because he could not meet filing deadlines as well as showing a penchant for sucking)
3. $20 million, you betcha (10% of that amount, now all spent)
4. the Seth Shaw Rolodex is filled with merger candidates (a total lie)
5. lip goop will be in 5,000 stores before Christmas (2017) (another total lie)
6. TAUG shareholders are going to bring a class action case against Cowan (a third total lie)
7. TAUG's failed paid consultant will file a case with the NJ Board of Accountancy in order to take away Cowan's license (a fourth total lie)
8. TAUG's failed paid consultant will file claims with the New York and New Jersey Bar to take away the law license of Cowan's lawyer (not a shred of proof)


Personal activities

Also, we cannot forget the letter to the Florida Federal District judge written and signed as TAUG's consultant alleging criminal activities on the part of Cowan. And of course that puppet web site.
