Because the money never existed. It's all fake rolling around big numbers to confuse and mislead investors. Then they send out their report with fake assets and EPS and people believe that "the money escaped shareholders this time" "but is there, they play with big amounts, right?"
No they don't. It's all a smokescreen.
After they fake with big transactions then they fake big things will come to shareholders.
Never happens.
This is how scams work.

Why not finance it with $15M and put $5M aside for the shareholders (for dividends).
